[ale] PC hardware dealer recommendations

Monarch Computers for a solid desktop and Emperor Linux for laptops.
Both advertise in Linux Journal and have excellent reputations.

Both offer solidly built systems and will install the Linux distro of
your choice (not Gentoo, or Debian though.)
