http://www.poptop.org/  That is one server I've used before.

I can use IPSec if the IPSec server can be on a private network behind
my Linux firewall at our office.  If the IPSec server has to have a
public IP Address then I will not be able to configure it at this
point.  I'll have to use PPTP.
