[ale] less spam is good

I believe that Comcast watches the volume of traffic for port 25 before
cutting anyone off.

I do not use their mail servers.  I have mine on an outside net and use
smtp to send outbound mail and pop to get mail from my server.

Now that I have said this, they will probably cut me off :-(
But fortunately I can easily change my port numbers.
