My first post to this list was very recent.  The sum of emails
generated from this list since my first post do not yet reach 1000. 
Therefore, we do not yet have 99.9% success.

You raise an interesting point, though.... while I would consider
99.9% a success, I would not be satisfied until 100% were achieved
and all spammers were forced to recreate the Donner party en masse
while being assaulted with copies of their dirty work.  And I might
not be satisfied with that, either.  ;c)
