Got it.  Even though I use Windows, I didn't "get hit" because I use 
Mozilla for email.  However, since I didn't delete the original email 
with the attachment, Windows has saved it in an automatic backup and my 
anti-virus alerts me to that fact every couple of hours.  Unfortunately, 
it's in the "System Volume Information" directory and I can't delete it!
