[ale] OT: DSL with no phone number

My bill is already that.  Long distance is by www.bigzoo.com and I have only
the most basic service, where I pay by calls up to the max of what regular
service costs.  Paying for internet for the poor (BS pass-thru charge for
Clinton's ineffective but well meaning program) and some other crap drives
it up from what it could be, though.
