[ale] OT: Cheap part hight shipping

The problem is that if you do a search for "USB" you'll see many devices
listed.  Most of them to me have unwarranted shipping.  I have to spend
the time weeding through those.

An intelligent search that will allow me to control ship costs would
reduce the time wasted.
