[ale] OT: Cheap part hight shipping

I just got a reply from him in regards to our conversations:


the really problem  is: ebay selling price is FAR lower than this
cable's real pirce, if i set sale price at $8.95 and shipping fee:
$3.99, nobody will come to check the aution,
so, how about item price $8.95 with free shipping?
does this make sense?
