[ale] Line wrap in Mozilla versus shell based email

I just went and looked again in preferences for Mail and don't find a
way to turn off html composition as the default. It seems you will have
to select plain text manually in the compose window each time in
Mozilla. Now, I have designated long ago that ale is plain text only
domain. So, any email sent to ale is supposed to be sent as plain text,
even if I included some html in the compose window. I need to go read
up on the mozilla site about hidden preferences for mail.
