The Specs for your monitor is:

VIDEO INPUT  	Bandwidth  	175MHz Pixel Clock (-3 dB nominal)

I bet your pixel clock is way beyond 175MHz.

You are over-stimulating your screen pixies - they are getting all twitchy.
