[ale] Running Gphoto2 as a regular user

The device for the camera needs to be owned by you. Mine shows up as a
scsi drive through the USB. 

The technically correct way is to setup a hotplug device that
corresponds to the camera. That process will make it owned by the local
console user. Then gphoto will be happy.
