[ale] OT: Cities/Counties/Zips by State?

Greatdata.com sells a CSV list of zip codes and coresponding cities, 
counties, states, lattitudes, and longitudes.  It's decent data, if you 
can afford the price (starting at $100) and tolerate the win32 
extraction utility.
