I used it for BGP and it works fine with most configurations (long ago for
my CCIE lab). Have not played with other protocols. The BGP peers were
both Cisco boxes and Open Source (Linus/OpenBSD) machines. OpenBSD is also
working on a bgpd deamon as well.
