I predict that 1and1 will reject the message saying they don't relay.  
See, speedfactory's servers will accept messages from you regardless 
of sender address because they recognize you as their customer by 
your IP address (they are your ISP).  In contrast, 1and1's method of 
recognizing you as a customer (because they are not your ISP) is by 
inspecting the sender e-mail address; change the sender address to 
something they don't recognize, and they will likely bounce the 
message.
