Ah ha!  I just spent 10 minutes on the phone with Walt Pennington of
atcrm.net in San Diego. You can get 'latest stable version' at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=88850&package_id=92993&release_id=254972
and Walt would be happy to develop any specialization.

Thank you for all your input. Hmm... Mr. Summers never replied. Perhaps
