You are probably right. I simply took the customer service rep's words for
it. I didn't notice that item on my bill. didn't mean it is not there
either, because I had to quit reading it. I am easily overwhelmed by all
these nonsense misc. charges every time.

Maybe we're talking about different things, but on my BellSuck Bill:

listing not in directory or directory assistance: $3.50

That is a monthly fee.
