You're a Libertarian AND you have a phone?!?! :)
I too was alarmed by this, years ago that is. The only way to shunt the
abundant flow of information is via legislation. This will undoubtedly
lead to over-legislation and in my mind that is worse than easily
finding your street address. ;)
