[ale] relocating cvs

I deleted the whole tree on my local machine to test it, and I am still getting 
the same results.  Has anyone actually succesfully done this?

Try deleting your local (client side) files and then doing a checkout from
the new repository.  You are probably getting a conflict from the local
CVS info on the client.
