[ale] Questions about DVD-R

Pizza,
What part of the below output is the part that tells about DAO versus
TAO? This is a LaCie external Firewire DVD that is supposed to write
-R/-RW/RAM. I haven't been able to use TAO mode. The attempt fails
with an error that I don't have at the moment to put here. Thanks,
