If you paid taxes in GA last year and are a US citizen then you qualify for
HOPE Grant.  The HOPE scholarship is far more stringent.

The Grant only Applies to Technical schools.  As opposed to courses that are
for College Credit.

I'm afraid Idunno the site off the top of my head.  But a web search for
HOPE grant ought to get you where you need to go.
