[ale] OT: reducing Athlon noise

I have the Zalman Cu fan shaped heatsink with silent fan combo. I think
the thermal compound isn't right for me as I still get higher temps than
I'd like. However, the airflow in the case is the major reason for
problems. We should figure out an easy way to incorporate piped
directed airflow over any heatsink just like in Dells and Gateways. The
need for noisy fans would go away. I've thought PVC pipe would work,
but does anyone have a better suggestion?
