I have used Dotster for 3+ years and I have always been pleased with
their service (I currently maintain 4 domains with them).  Their web
interface is fast and responsive (and written in PHP) and allows you
to manage multiple domains under a single account, something that
netsol didn't let me do when I transferred away.

For what it is worth, I have recommended Dotster to a number of other
people who were needing domain names and I haven't heard a single
complaint from any of them.
