300 ft with a clear line of sight is very easy. Just about any antenna will
work. You'll get 1-3Mbps with the stock antennas on any cheap access
point/bridge. I prefer the Cisco equipment. You might be able to find a
couple of Aironet bridges on eBay pretty cheap. With a clear shot like
that, just about anything will work though. The Proxim/Orinoco gear is also
very good.
