If the number is attached to a cell phone, you won't be able to find
the number through reverse lookup.  You can, however, Google for an
"NPA-NXX" lookup site that can tell you if the area code & exchange combo
belongs to a landline or wireless carrier.

If it does turn out to be landline, you can try entering in different
digits for the last 4 numbers (keeping the area code & exchange constant)
to discover the neighborhood of the phone number.  In some cases, though,
an exchange could cover as much as 100 square miles.

If it's wireless, you're not going to be able to get the address through
normal means.  A private investigator or attorney will have a better
chance of getting the address.
