If xfsrepair fails after three attempts then I believe your hosed.  I 
would definitely post to the XFS mailing list.  Docs seem mighty sparse 
on recovery.  Might read the man page on xfsrepair to see if you have 
any options.  I know any problems with XFS would be important to the XFS 
developers.
