[ale] revisit the web problem again

Okay, remember my frustrations with accessing a website 
https://mybenefits.csplans.com/ ??  Well, I'm fighting it again.  Seems 
it's browser specific.  I can get there on IE under windows.  I found 
that I can get there on Opera under Linux.  Konqueror, Mozilla and 
Netscape on Linux all return an error which appears to be a dns issue. 
(mybenefits.csplans.com could not be found...)

So, anyone have any ideas?  This is truly wierd.  A special request to 
those folks who use speedfactory.  Could you try accessing this site and 
let me know if you are successful?  Thanks.
