Which the owners of APPGEN had promised they would do if the company
ever folded. As it looks so far, they have a debt problem as well and
the source code for the application may be for sale. That would keep the
application alive after a fashion. In my mind, the uncertainty make for
all the more reason to get away as quickly as possible. Migrate _before_
things break to buy some learning curve time.
