Does anyone of you perhaps know of a firewall like application that can
check whether an application may be allowed to access the Internet or not=
?=0D
 =0D
I have found descriptions for ipchains how to block specific ports from t=
he
inside. But that won't stop a trojan horse or something like that from us=
ing
the network access.=0D
 =0D
On my win-box the firewall handles this quite easy. It makes a md5 checks=
um
of the files so it can even see if a program has been changed. (I use Ker=
io
personal firewall)=0D
 =0D
