[ale] Mail relay via Apache?

I don't think it would have worked, unless you happen to have configured
a mail relay form.  I get tons of requests on my web server like
   "GET http://www.yahoo.com HTTP/1.1" 200 233 ...
If I try this myself though, Apache just returns the index page.  It
seems to me like a 404 or 400 error would be more appropriate, but as
long as I'm not providing an open proxy I'm not so worried.
