[ale] Qt/GTK themes

We had a thread about this the other day. Today at kde-look.org, there are new 
versions of QtCurve and Geramik. Both are designed to give KDE and Gnome apps 
a unified look. And unlike RedHat's efforts, they don't mess up either one in 
the process. See:
