I just sent a letter as well though mentioning:

(the microsoft obsolete advertisement) and the obviously blatant lying
the microsoft marketing department chooses to spread.  Add on the fact
how "my peers and I will be spreading the news of this ill-informed
decisions and taking our business elsewhere".

Thanks for bringing this to my attention bob, news like this makes my
stomach turn.
