[ale] OT: more info on where all the jobs are (going...)

I'm paying my US programmer a very good rate.  He does a great job. 
Rates are negotiable.  I did not go with the first people I asked
wither.  They were too high.  I also ignored any people that came to me
telling me that had programmers in India to do it.   Not my way or
desire.
