[ale] couple questions

[James P. Kinney III]

The problem I see is a spammer is on the same subnet. Other than pulling
out heir fingernails (Hmm!) or changing ale's IP address, their is
little that can be done. 

It's sort of like the problem when a lousy neighbor moves into the
neighborhood.
