That is most clearly a virus of some sort. You will need to somehow
update the AV defs and rescan. Some of the newer bugs can detect the AV
app and break it so you will need a specific bug killer from the AV
maker that will disinfect for that specific bug.

Of course, this just underscores the need to NOT use Win eXcrement
Product.
