[ale] (OT) Atlanta FreeNet Monthly meeting date moved

In order to not conflict with the ALE Central meeting, the Atlanta FreeNet
general monthly meeting is now going to be the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Hopefully this will allow more of you to join us and help out with some of
the linux-related needs.  Atlanta FreeNet relies heavily on linux and
related systems and could use more knowledgeable people helping out.
