[ale] Customizing KDE

Hello there!

My name is Debrihmi..  This is my first post on your mailing list..  I'm from
CHAOS706.ORG which is the Columbus LUG..  I would like to get to know you
folks and since I have two questions, now would be a good time to introduce
myself..

Questions (both about KDE):
- I'm using KDE 3.0; how do I set my taskbar (kicker) to be transparent?
- How can I change the KDE cog icon on the Launch Button to an icon of my choice?

Any help that you can offer would be great!
