Motherboard/CPU fooling around

Hey - can any of you recommend a source for a second hand motherboard/CPU 
combo? I wanted to improve the speed of my 266Mhz PII, but didn't want to 
break the bank. I've got a Gateway G6-266 Tower with ATX motherboard and was 
thinking about swapping out the motherboard/cpu for something in the PIII 
class. Still a few years old, but better than what I've got.
