	I hope your not absolutely serious there...

	Blocking all UDP - DNS?  NTP?

	Blocking all ICMP - PMTU discovery fails, tcp connections fall
down go boom or crawl at a snails pace (Needs ICMP WOULD FRAGMENT to work).
