[ale] IPv6

Be wary though, some apps don't like IPv4 and IPv6 on the same
interface.  Exim for example requires some changes.

I had to put this in my /etc/exim/exim.conf:

local_interfaces = <;   127.0.0.1; \
                        ::1; \
                        192.168.0.1; \
                        24.216.100.96;


Note I don't have an IPv6 addr on this box yet.
