[ale] spam sites

Ah, yes. The resume dweebs. I had forgotten as I gave up using those
sites about a year ago. I do recall getting just blasted shortly after
any update I made. 

Apparently, my address comes up (seeing as I have a big mouth and do
like to help solve problems) on google searches for computer woes from
the ale archives. Lately, I've been getting 1-2 "please help me with
this. I found you through a Google search and I'm pulling out my hair"
emails a week from all over the world! Maybe I should point them to my
paypal account :)
