[ale] OT: Two-factor and/or biometric authentication

Is anyone using two-factor and/or biometric devices to authenticate users?
If so, what are you using and how much per device did it cost?

We are slowly and deliberately securing our network and one major area of
concern is authentication (for obvious reasons).  Most users have the bad
habit of creating a weak password.  Any attempt to force the users to create
strong passwords inevitably leads to Post-It notes stuck to monitors...
