[ale] Slackware + VMWare + MS 2003 Server + Great Plains ???

Is this a configuration I can run all on the same box?

I've worked with VMWare before, but not in a server-type configuration.

My desire for virtualization stems from wanting to be able to:

*get mega-use out of my hardware budget this year

*flash Great Plains back to life from stored SQL dumps and archived NTFS
image ...

Anyone out there running a similar setup?
