[ale] Best way to copy files from drive to drive

Hi All,

	What is the most accurate way to copy files from one drive to 
another?  I have about 2 gig of files I need to copy and need to be sure 
they are transferred without corruption.  Maybe something that compares 
MD5 or crc32 values while copying.  Ideas?
