[ale] Streaming media for Linux

The name escapes me, but Apple had a free streaming server at one time.  I had
it on a little 200MHz Cyrix box with 32MB RAM tinkering with some training stuff
(streaming it to clients).  Seemed to work fairly well, but the project got
cancled, and I dropped it.
