Create a 10M files system

dd if=/dev/zero of=fs.img bs=1024k count=10 

Create an FS

mke2fs -i 1024 -m 0 ./fs.img

Place in memory and mount

dd if=fs.img of=/dev/ram1
mount /dev/ram1 /mnt/ramfs
