 From the college you can get there without even getting on Chastain.

North on Fry
Right on the first light after you go under I-75
Follow this past all the apartment complexes, once past, take the next 
right, you'll be able to see Chastain from there.
Take the first left before you get to the fuel station (Chevron I 
think).  You'll come up behind Ocharleys, it'll be on your right, you 
can pull right into the parking lot.

You avoid Chastain traffic and don't have to make the 'U' turn to get to 
Ocharleys off of Chastain.
