[ale] Multiple NICs smae subnet

I have a server that I've configured eth0 as 192.168.2.115 and eth0 as
192.168.2.120.  eth1 is not connected to any part of the network but when
I ping 2.120 I get responses.  I assume this is the required behavior and can
not be modified?
