Did you have any unused space on the HDD? As unused I mean disk space not
assigned under a partition. If not there is a good chance using the
automatic partition removed all the partitions and installed over them.
However there is not a 100% chance of this... I recommend going to the
hardware browser and looking at the hard disks and see if you see a NTFS or
FAT partition. I believe the command for this is hwbrowser... Good Luck!
