It should backfire. Whatever copyrighted material they might have in the
kernel, it is a fraction of a percent of the whole thing - and that whole thing
sells for $50 from Redhat, which includes a service contract. So there is no
way that any rational judge would agree that suddenly a linux installation is
priced $1500.
