[ale] Mozilla Firebird is pretty cool

The naming mess is pretty ugly. The Phoenix database is pretty nice. I
have a test bed for it in the lab. 

The current binary release is still called Phoenix. As long as the new
stuff is called Mozilla Firebird, it should eliminate the very rude
trouncing on the Firebird database project. If Mozilla would link back
to the database crowd that would go a long way towards soothing some
singed feathers.
